The last thing a customer wants to think about when they purchase something from a vendor is what web platform they actually purchased it from.
The important questions: was it easy? Did it use what it knows about me? Was it a pain in the ass?
A good platform never shows its face to the customer - it merely facilitates a transaction between customer and merchant, nothing more. Furthermore, that platform should not insist upon itself - it should merely exist. That's what we're trying to do.
