Privacy Policy

This is an initial version. A comprehensive privacy policy is forthcoming.

What we collect on shopsplatform.com

  • Standard web analytics via Google Analytics 4 (page views, clicks, session data).
  • Contact form submissions — name, email, and message text.
  • Server logs of requests to AI discovery endpoints (/llms.txt, /llms-full.txt, /sitemap.xml) for traffic analysis.

What we do not collect

  • No cookies beyond what GA4 sets.
  • No email newsletter signups from this site (the contact form is one-time).
  • No account creation on shopsplatform.com.

Per-vertical privacy

Each vertical site (barber.shop, etc.) has its own privacy policy specific to the services it provides.

SMS / Text Messaging Privacy

Shops Platform, operated by Endpoint Systems LLC, sends SMS/text messages through the vertical sites (barber.shop, salon.shop, tattoo.shop, medspa.shop, pizza.shop, sandwich.shop, breakfast.shop, pho.shop). The hub site, shopsplatform.com, does not itself collect mobile numbers or send text messages. The practices below apply everywhere we do.

Information we collect

When you provide a mobile phone number and opt in to text messages, we collect that number, your consent record (date, time, and method of opt-in), and the content and delivery status of the messages we exchange with you.

How we use it

We use your mobile number to send you service (transactional) text messages — account login verification codes, appointment updates (confirmations, reminders, changes, and cancellations), and order updates (receipts, ready, and picked up) — and, only where you have separately opted in, occasional promotional offers. We use a text-messaging service provider (currently Omnisend) solely to deliver these messages on our behalf.

We do not sell or share your mobile data

No mobile information — including your phone number, opt-in, or consent — is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other data-sharing described in this policy. We share your number only with the SMS service providers named above, strictly to deliver the messages you requested, and they are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

Opting out
