Use of Shops Platform and its vertical sites (barber.shop, salon.shop, tattoo.shop, medspa.shop, pizza.shop, sandwich.shop, breakfast.shop, pho.shop) is governed by these preliminary terms. By accessing these sites, you agree to use them in good faith.

For service agreements related to paid merchant accounts, see the owner console for each vertical.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number to one of our vertical sites (part of Shops Platform, operated by Endpoint Systems LLC), you agree to receive automated service text messages at that number — including account login verification codes, appointment updates, and order updates. Marketing messages are optional and require a separate opt-in; consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase.

Program description & message types

• Transactional (service): account login verification codes, appointment updates (confirmations, reminders, changes, and cancellations), and order updates (receipts, ready, and picked up).
• Promotional (optional): offers and announcements, sent only if you separately opt in to marketing messages.

Message frequency & rates

Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to every message you send or receive.

Opt-out & help

Reply STOP to any message to cancel; you will receive one final confirmation and then no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@shopsplatform.com.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile information.
